Sift is a truly modern patisserie driven by an exclusive passion to bring the most refined, gourmet cupcakes, French pastries, macarons and cookies to our customers. We source the world over for the highest quality ingredients; whether it be our Madagascar bourbon vanilla, Valrhona and Callebaut chocolate products or dairy imported from France, we believe in using the very best. Every item is flavored with all natural ingredients, real strawberries, cherries, rhubarb etc. flown in fresh to guarantee the most pure and unadulterated of flavors.

Today, Sift desserts has six shops in Hong Kong. Some of Sift’s signature offerings, the Sift Chocolate Cake, the Red Velvet and the Salty Caramel Chocolate cupcakes remain immensely popular and our central kitchen on average churns out thousands of items a day.
